Rental Requirements – Individual Applicant

The following requirements apply to individual applicants interested in renting a property managed by Tierrazul Properties. Meeting these requirements is mandatory to begin the evaluation process.

1. Government-Issued Identification

• Valid government-issued ID or passport
• For foreign nationals, a valid immigration document allowing residence in Mexico

2. Proof of Income

• Proof of income for the last 3 months
• Minimum verifiable income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent
• Bank statements (if applicable)

3. Guarantor or Rental Guarantee Option

• Guarantor owning property free of liens within the Mexican Republic or
• Legal rental guarantee policy accepted by Tierrazul Properties

4. Rental Application

• Completed and signed rental application
• All information provided must be truthful and verifiable

5. References

• Personal reference
• Employment reference
• Previous landlord reference (if applicable)

6. Background Review and Evaluation

• Credit history review
• Verification of documentation and information provided
• Phone or in-person interview if deemed necessary
