Legal Company Documentation<\/h2>\n    <ul style=\"line-height:1.8; margin-bottom:30px;\">\n      <li>Company\u2019s articles of incorporation<\/li>\n      <li>Notarized powers of attorney of the legal representative<\/li>\n      <li>Valid government-issued identification of the legal representative<\/li>\n      <li>Company tax identification number (RFC)<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <!-- SECTION 2 -->\n    <h2 style=\"margin-bottom:12px;\">2. Proof of Income<\/h2>\n    <ul style=\"line-height:1.8; margin-bottom:30px;\">\n      <li>Recent financial statements<\/li>\n      <li>Bank statements from the last 3 months<\/li>\n      <li>Verifiable income sufficient to cover the rental amount<\/li>\n      <li>Minimum income equivalent to <strong>2.5 times the monthly rent<\/strong><\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <!-- SECTION 3 -->\n    <h2 style=\"margin-bottom:12px;\">3.
