\n Rental Requirements \u2013 Legal Entity\n <\/h1>\n\n

\n The following requirements apply to legal entities (companies)<\/strong>\n interested in renting a property managed by\n Tierrazul Properties<\/strong>.\n Meeting these requirements is mandatory to begin the evaluation process.\n <\/p>\n\n \n

1. Legal Company Documentation<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Company\u2019s articles of incorporation<\/li>\n
  • Notarized powers of attorney of the legal representative<\/li>\n
  • Valid government-issued identification of the legal representative<\/li>\n
  • Company tax identification number (RFC)<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n \n

    2. Proof of Income<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Recent financial statements<\/li>\n
    • Bank statements from the last 3 months<\/li>\n
    • Verifiable income sufficient to cover the rental amount<\/li>\n
    • Minimum income equivalent to 2.5 times the monthly rent<\/strong><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n \n

      3. Guarantor or Rental Guarantee Option<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Guarantor owning property free of liens within the Mexican Republic or<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Legal rental guarantee policy accepted by Tierrazul Properties<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n \n

        4. Rental Application<\/h2>\n
          \n
        • Completed and signed rental application<\/li>\n
        • Complete and truthful information regarding the company and its legal representative<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n \n

          5. References<\/h2>\n
            \n
          • Commercial reference<\/li>\n
          • Bank reference<\/li>\n
          • Previous landlord reference (if applicable)<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n \n

            6. Background Review and Evaluation<\/h2>\n
              \n
            • Company credit history review<\/li>\n
            • Verification of legal and financial documentation<\/li>\n
            • Interview with the legal representative if deemed necessary<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n \n
              \n
