Documentaci\u00f3n Legal de la Empresa<\/h2>\n    <ul style=\"line-height:1.8; margin-bottom:30px;\">\n      <li>Acta constitutiva de la empresa<\/li>\n      <li>Poderes notariales del representante legal<\/li>\n      <li>Identificaci\u00f3n oficial vigente del representante legal<\/li>\n      <li>RFC de la empresa<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <!-- SECTION 2 -->\n    <h2 style=\"margin-bottom:12px;\">2. Comprobaci\u00f3n de Ingresos<\/h2>\n    <ul style=\"line-height:1.8; margin-bottom:30px;\">\n      <li>Estados financieros recientes<\/li>\n      <li>Estados de cuenta bancarios de los \u00faltimos 3 meses<\/li>\n      <li>Ingresos comprobables suficientes para cubrir la renta<\/li>\n      <li>Ingresos m\u00ednimos equivalentes a <strong>2.5 veces el monto de la renta mensual<\/strong><\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <!-- SECTION 3 -->\n    <h2 style=\"margin-bottom:12px;\">3. Aval u Opci\u00f3n de Garant\u00eda<\/h2>\n    <ul style=\"line-height:1.8; margin-bottom:30px;\">\n      <li>Aval con propiedad libre de gravamen dentro de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana <strong>o<\/strong><\/li>\n      <li>P\u00f3liza jur\u00eddica aceptada por Tierrazul Properties<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <!-- SECTION 4 -->\n    <h2 style=\"margin-bottom:12px;\">4. Solicitud de Arrendamiento<\/h2>\n    <ul style=\"line-height:1.8; margin-bottom:30px;\">\n      <li>Solicitud de arrendamiento debidamente llenada y firmada<\/li>\n      <li>Informaci\u00f3n completa y veraz de la empresa y su representante legal<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <!-- SECTION 5 -->\n    <h2 style=\"margin-bottom:12px;\">5. Referencias<\/h2>\n    <ul style=\"line-height:1.8; margin-bottom:30px;\">\n      <li>Referencia comercial<\/li>\n      <li>Referencia bancaria<\/li>\n      <li>Referencia de arrendamiento anterior (si aplica)<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <!-- SECTION 6 -->\n    <h2 style=\"margin-bottom:12px;\">6.
